Dunque su qualcosa siamo tutte e tutti d'accordo, almeno in apparenza : nessuno vuole disonestà, criminalità, clientelismo, interesse personale nelle posizione di governo, qualunque esse siano (comunali, provinciali, regionali, nazionali).
Il sistema che finora ha, al contrario, prodotto esattamente tutto ciò andrebbe dunque cestinato letteralmente; ed inutile è modificarlo, "ammorbidirlo", pensare di adeguarlo.
Sono ormai più di 50 anni che in italia un sistema politico-amministrativo ha generato e continua a generare soltanto vantaggio alle lobby, ai singoli, alle criminalità organizzate che SEMPRE sono riuscite ad avere il proprio referente politico, a differenza delle/gli oneste/i cittadine/i.
E sono circa duecento anni che nel mondo le multinazionali fanno il buono e il cattivo tempo in virtù delle facoltà a loro concesse (o meglio delle leggi fatte per quanti avessero have power and money and want to extend more and more).

Il primo (in ordine di importanza ) strato-insieme (che è anche quello più sparuto) è quello di chi prende quotidianamente atto che le cose non vadano ed allo stesso tempo è impossibilitata/o ad agire da sola/o nella direzione opposta; ha dunque bisogno delle/degli altre/i o almeno sente questa necessità a causa dell'enormità dello sforzo che la sola presa di coscienza impone.
Molti tra quelli che la pensano così sono arrivati alla conclusione che le/i cittadine/i tutte e tutti, (finalmente!) anche quelle/i che la politica finora era solo le elezioni possono essere dei bravi delegati del popolo, proprio perché, più vicine/i alla realtà, ai problemi concreti.
